測云：後三計我，並是異蘊執，是故唯識論三計我中是第二離蘊計所攝故，此論四計狹唯攝外道故，彼論三計寬亦攝小乘故。又解：彼論第三計攝在此論第二計故，兩論無廣狹。

Ce says: The latter three imputations of a self are all attachments to a self distinct from the aggregates. Therefore, among the three imputations of a self in the *Vijñaptimātratāsiddhi*, they are subsumed under the second, which is the imputation of a self separate from the aggregates. Thus, the four imputations in this treatise are narrower, subsuming only non-Buddhists, while the three imputations in that treatise are broader, also subsuming the Hīnayāna. Another explanation: The third imputation in that treatise is subsumed under the second imputation in this treatise; hence, the two treatises have neither broader nor narrower scope.
