18.166

言欲界天中，但有手足等所觸變壞，無有寒熱等觸之所變壞等者，彼中但有為阿素洛手足刀杖所觸變壞。

Where it says, "Among the devas of the desire realm, there is only change and destruction caused by contact with hands, feet, and so forth, but no change and destruction caused by contact with cold, heat, and so forth," it means that there they only experience change and destruction from contact with the hands, feet, knives, and clubs of the asuras.
