二、明大造之義。言若諸大種所有種子，能生果時，造色種子，亦生自果等者，雖復一俱生，要由四大種子生果造色種子方生果故，說四大造於色也。

Second, clarifying the meaning of "made of the great elements." The words "when all seeds belonging to the great elements are able to produce fruit, the seeds of derived form also produce their own fruit," and so forth, mean: although they arise together as one, only because the seeds of the four great elements produce fruit do the seeds of derived form produce fruit; hence the four great elements are said to make form.
