言內色聚中至廣說如經者，非謂一隣虛具有四大，於一身內血是水，動是風，熱是火，堅是地。藏論辨無明決中所引經文與此同也。

Regarding the words "in an internal aggregate of form..." up to "as extensively spoken in the sutras": this does not mean that a single paramāṇu possesses all four great elements; within a single body, blood is water, motion is wind, heat is fire, and solidity is earth. The scriptural text cited in the discussion on the resolution of ignorance in the [Abhidharma-]kośa is identical to this.
