十九、解有法中，言問：如世尊言至說如是言者，佛說凡夫人學人有漏三界未斷應斷世間之法，說名有漏。

Nineteenth, in explaining phenomena that have taint: Regarding the words "Question: As the World-Honoured One said..." up to "spoke words such as these": the Buddha stated that worldly phenomena of ordinary persons and trainees with taints in the three realms that have not yet been abandoned and should be abandoned are called "having taints."
