二十三、解三界繫法,解欲界云心不在定一者,謂入定時亦有根塵及本識等非定地法,而非全故略而不說,或可定心名在定,此位餘法不名在定。解色界中,言或從定起者,謂如化心等。

Twenty-third: Explaining dharmas bound to the three realms. In explaining the desire realm, where it says 'the mind is not uniformly in absorption', this means that when one enters absorption, there are also faculties, sense objects, the fundamental consciousness, and so forth which are dharmas not belonging to the stage of absorption; yet because they are not entirely [of that state], they are omitted and not stated. Or alternatively, only the concentrated mind is called 'being in absorption', while the remaining dharmas in this state are not called 'being in absorption'. In explaining the form realm, where it says 'or arising from absorption', this refers to things such as the mind of transformation.
