前中，若有漏善伏諸顛倒往於人天，若無漏善斷諸顛倒證於涅槃，故並名安隱。
In the former part: if it is contaminated goodness, it suppresses all inversions and leads to [rebirth among] humans and gods; if it is uncontaminated goodness, it severs all inversions and realizes nirvāṇa. Therefore, both are called 'secure'.
