18.355

言又諸善法，若施所成乃至自性皆勝者，三成相望後二，一向劣在下故，或在中故，於施是勝於修是劣，修最勝故於前二一向勝。

Where it says, 'Furthermore, regarding all wholesome dharmas, whether arisen from giving... up to their intrinsic natures are all superior': when comparing the three completions with one another, because the latter two are definitely inferior as lower, or because they are in the middle, they are superior to giving but inferior to cultivation; and because cultivation is the most superior, it is definitely superior to the preceding two.
