上來決擇分有十二段中前九段說訖，自下第十令決聲聞地及獨覺有四卷半文。於中，唯決聲聞不決獨覺地。就中分三：初結前生後；次正決擇；後結不現。

Above, among the twelve sections in the Viniścayasaṃgrahaṇī, the first nine sections have been fully explained. Below, the tenth, deciding the Stage of Śrāvakas and [the Stage of] Pratyekabuddhas, comprises four and a half fascicles of text. Within it, it decides only the Śrāvaka stage and does not decide the Pratyekabuddha stage. Within this, there are three parts: first it concludes the preceding and introduces the following; next it directly provides decisions; and afterwards the conclusion is not presented.
