18.456

言又生欲色界所作已辦，住出世道，及滅定者，初果已上名為所作已辦，此聖人入無漏觀時及入滅心定時，欲色界繫受非現行成熟，及在成熟故不成。

As for the statement 'furthermore, born in the desire or form realms, having accomplished what was to be done, abiding in the supramundane path and the cessation attainment': from the first fruit upward is called 'having accomplished what was to be done'; when these noble ones enter untainted contemplation and enter the cessation attainment, feelings bound to the desire and form realms are not matured as manifest activities nor matured in mastery, and thus are not accomplished.
