五支不放逸，指如聲聞本地。言黑說大說者，謬言我從諸天聖弟子，及大德等邊聞法，故說名黑說；若實從聖弟子等邊聞法而說者，清淨故名白說，白說故名大說。

The five factors of non-heedlessness are indicated as being like those in the Śrāvakabhūmi. As for the words 'black explanation and great explanation': falsely claiming 'I heard the Dharma from devas, noble disciples, and venerable elders'—such speech is called a black explanation; if one actually heard the Dharma from noble disciples and the like and then speaks it, because it is pure, it is called a white explanation; and because it is a white explanation, it is called a great explanation.
