18.538

泰云：險處如法受用事不可得故，於教生敬於罪生畏，更無餘計，故作此事而不犯，名無計出離也。玄云：若無人可對受者，自受用無犯。

Tai says: In dangerous places, because things used in accordance with the Dharma cannot be obtained, one generates reverence for the teaching and fear of offenses, and having no other recourse, one does this matter without offense; this is called release through having no recourse. Xuan says: If there is no person before whom one can formally receive it, using it oneself is not an offense.
