言污他家行惡行者，如律污家擯謗違諫戒中說。言若因嫉妬等者，除上十事因緣嫉妬等欲毀損故說者，名不淨說。

Regarding 'corrupting families and engaging in evil conduct': it is as explained in the vinaya precept on corrupting families, expulsion, slander, and disobeying admonition. Regarding 'if based on jealousy and the like': apart from the above ten matters, if one speaks based on causes such as jealousy with the desire to demean and harm, this is called impure speech.
