又隨所欲應可為他所記別者當為建立等者，又由此智為他立教，又由此智能觀察淨非淨法為他記別，又能於諸聖諦現觀為他立教。

Regarding 'Moreover, according to one's wish, what should be declared for others should be established, and so forth': furthermore, through this knowledge, one establishes teachings for others; furthermore, through this knowledge, one can observe pure and non-pure dharmas and declare them for others; furthermore, one can establish teachings for others regarding the direct realization of the noble truths.
