18.63

下辨句義差別，云復次乃至如其所應者，前解十三種法竟。亦應依彼立十三人，結勸應知。十三人之於十三法中隨應有無，故云如其所應。兩番四句，其義可知。

Below, in distinguishing the differences of phrasal meanings, where it says 'Furthermore... up to as appropriate': the previous explanation of the thirteen kinds of phenomena is concluded. One should also establish the thirteen persons on their basis, concluding with an exhortation that this should be known. The thirteen persons have or lack [these] within the thirteen phenomena as appropriate, hence it is said 'as appropriate'. The two sets of four alternatives can be understood in their meaning.
