18.78

一、辨麁重無有堪能，今此麁重無堪能性即是依附五蘊相續，氣類有其五相。一、身心沈重；二、剛強不調順；三、障礙善作；四、怯劣無所堪任；五、不隨所欲而轉。

First, distinguishing heaviness and lack of capability. Here, this nature of heaviness and lack of capability precisely attaches to the continuum of the five aggregates, and its character has five marks: first, heaviness of body and mind; second, rigidity and unruliness; third, obstruction to performing wholesome deeds; fourth, timidity and inferiority without competence; fifth, not moving according to what one desires.
