18.92

泰云：內根遍三界為前三，通五欲為後二，惡趣能生死欲樂有諸煩惱，人天能生欲樂有諸煩惱也。

Tai says: The internal faculties pervade the three realms for the first three; the latter two apply to the five desires. The wretched destinies can produce all afflictions of the pleasure of desire and existence; humans and gods can produce all afflictions of the pleasure of desire and existence.
