十六明引神通等勝德。除一，餘、一切者，此有兩釋。一云，除戒餘五。一云，除思現觀餘五能引。

Sixteenth, clarifying the elicitation of superior virtues such as supernormal knowledges. Regarding "except for one, all the rest": there are two explanations for this. One says: except for morality, the other five. One says: except for direct realization through reflection, the other five are capable of eliciting them.
