19.450

第三經云：無生無滅等，依相無自性性者，此依五事之外遍計所執之相辨無生無滅等，依下解深密經亦就圓成實性，以辨無生無滅等四義。

The third sūtra says: 'Without production and without cessation, etc., is based on the lack of self-nature of characteristics.' This explains the lack of production, cessation, etc., based on the characteristics of the parikalpita outside the five things; and based below on the Saṃdhinirmocanasūtra, it also refers to the pariniṣpanna nature to explain the four meanings such as lack of production and lack of cessation.
