又若彼果至因中已有者，又若彼果酪即從彼乳生不從餘生，是故彼果因中已有，是四理也。

From 'Furthermore, if that effect' to 'already exists in the cause': furthermore, if that effect, the curd, arises precisely from that milk and does not arise from others, therefore that effect already exists in the cause. This is the fourth reason.
