如等活至亦爾者，泰云：依薩婆多，此八地獄即立熱八大地獄邊，無有別處。

Regarding 'as with Saṃjīva, down to [...] is also like this': Tai says, according to the Sarvāstivādins, these eight hells are established right beside the eight great hot hells, with no separate location.
