妄計清淨中，初敘外計，後以理徵破。前中復二：初敘所計，後辨起執因緣。初敘有三：一、五現法涅槃，二、別敘水等清淨，三、轉敘戒等清淨。

Under 'Falsely Positing Purity', there is first an exposition of the non-Buddhist tenets, and then a logical investigation and refutation. The former part also has two sections: first, setting forth what is asserted; second, distinguishing the causes and conditions for the arising of their attachments. The first exposition has three: (1) the five [types of] nirvāṇa in the present life; (2) specifically setting forth purity through water and so forth; (3) further setting forth purity through precepts and so forth.
