2.44

無想天者，依決擇說有其三種，若下因感必定中夭，若中業感或有中夭或無中夭，若上業感無中夭，有斯進退故此不論，以北拘盧一切皆修無我所業得果決定無中夭，故此中偏說。

As for the Heaven of Non-conception: according to the Viniścaya, there are three types: if induced by an inferior cause, there is definitely untimely death; if induced by middling karma, there may or may not be untimely death; if induced by superior karma, there is no untimely death. Because there is this variation, it is not discussed here. Because everyone in Uttarakuru cultivates karma without 'mine' and obtains a definite fruit without untimely death, it is singled out for discussion here.
