Question: If one takes this passage to prove that playful negligence and mutual wrath universally exist in the four heavens dwelling in the sky, why does fascicle three of the Abhidharma, in clarifying the twenty-four kinds of 'already-born', state: 'pure already-born' refers to playful negligence, mutual wrath, the gods who delight in transformations, the gods who control transformations made by others, and the gods of the form and formless realms, who are largely negligent, and who thus freely operate according as appropriate regarding their enjoyed objects and the dhyānas they abide in; 'impure already-born' refers to the rest?
