20.111

下因言長辨佛有二事。若但布施時不可佛意，若因施財斷惡修善，便可佛意。

Below, incidentally to these words, it extensively distinguishes that the Buddha has two matters: If one merely gives alms, it does not accord with the Buddha's intention; if, on account of giving wealth, one severs evil and cultivates good, then it accords with the Buddha's intention.
