遍計所執無體故非染，但令依他染。依他唯自染，圓成自淨，令他亦淨。
Because the parikalpita nature lacks an entity, it is not defiled; it merely causes paratantra to become defiled. Paratantra is defiled only in itself. Pariniṣpanna is pure in itself, and causes others to be pure as well.
