20.75

前中，遍計所執，由依他者，依依他故而有遍計所執。依他，由因緣者，由依因緣果法得生故名依他。圓成，由一切煩惱眾苦，所不雜染故者，即以無顛倒故名為真實。又由常故者，即由不變異名為真實。

In the former: Parikalpita arises due to paratantra, because based on paratantra there is parikalpita. Paratantra arises due to causes and conditions, because it is named paratantra because result-dharmas are able to arise based on causes and conditions. Pariniṣpanna is due to not being intermingled or defiled by any afflictions and manifold sufferings, which means it is called real because it is non-erroneous. Furthermore, due to permanence, it is called real due to non-alteration.
