次釋第五自性相。謂我所說至名自性相者，本母中說有行有緣等，則說念住等自性相也。

Next, the fifth, the characteristic of intrinsic nature (svabhāva-lakṣaṇa), is explained. The statement "What I have spoken […] is called the characteristic of intrinsic nature": in the mātṛkā it speaks of having mental aspects, having cognitive objects, and so on, which refers to speaking of the characteristic of the intrinsic nature of the foundations of mindfulness and so forth.
