第七明受用身心生起相，有二問答。初問答總辨佛心生起，次問答辨諸佛雖無加行。然遠由內地方便般若加行力故有心生起，有法、喻、合。

Seventh, clarifying the characteristic of the arising of the mind of the enjoyment body (saṃbhogakāya): there are two question-and-answer pairs. The first pair distinguishes in general the arising of the Buddha's mind. The next pair distinguishes how, although the Buddhas are without deliberate effort, yet due to the power of the remote deliberate effort of expedient means and wisdom on the inner stages, there is the arising of mind. It contains the thesis/fact, analogy, and application.
