於造論法用，猶未分明，今略攝釋經論法用，以為一分，名攝釋分。於此分中，論有二卷。此卷在前，故言之上。

Regarding the rules and methods for composing treatises, they were not yet made clear; now, the rules and methods of sūtras and treatises are briefly gathered and explained to form one section, named the Vyākhyānasaṃgrahaṇī. In this section, the treatise consists of two fascicles. This fascicle comes first, so it is called 'Part One'.
