21.475

言處淨信等眾乃至令生淨信故者，謂處淨信眾，令倍增長，處邪怨眾，令入處中信，處處中眾，令生淨信故也。

Regarding "dwelling among an assembly of pure faith, etc., up to causing them to give rise to pure faith": it means that dwelling among an assembly of pure faith causes it to double and increase; dwelling among an assembly of wrong hostility causes them to enter intermediate faith; and dwelling among an intermediate assembly causes them to give rise to pure faith.
