22.10

離垢染者，離纏垢也。無濁穢者，離使隨眠也。又初離煩惱、後離於業。

"Free from defiling stains" means free from the stains of entanglement (paryavasthāna). "Without turbidity and filth" means free from latent dispositions (anuśaya). Alternatively, the former is free from afflictions, and the latter is free from karma.
