22.31

根本事中有六，得方便事中有十二，悲愍他事中有五，如前卷說。今言依處義中、依涅槃學處所攝者，學勝利等四句結於根本六事中，但是第六涅槃也。

Among fundamental affairs there are six; among affairs of obtaining expedients there are twelve; among affairs of showing compassion for others there are five, as explained in the preceding fascicle. Now, regarding 'In the meaning of bases, subsumed under the training rule of nirvāṇa': the four phrases beginning with the benefit of training are classified among the six fundamental affairs as solely the sixth, nirvāṇa.
