第七約所治及能治以辨，有其兩番，第二番云：又一切雜染行，皆所治三學等行，皆是能治者，彼云所治者，以要言之一切雜染行；能治義者，以要言之一切清淨行。

Seventh, distinguishing with respect to what is to be eliminated and what counteracts: there are two rounds. The second round says: 'Furthermore, all defiled practices are what is to be eliminated, and practices such as the three trainings are all the counteragents.' That text says: 'Regarding what is to be eliminated, in brief, it is all defiled practices; regarding the meaning of counteragent, in brief, it is all pure practices.'
