前中有二，初正辨二說利損之相，二、又於是處已下，因言長辨唯法無人不應生怖。

In the former part there are two: first, correctly distinguishing the aspects of benefit and harm of the two teachings; second, from 'Furthermore, in this matter' downward, using the opportunity of the text to broadly explain that there is only phenomena and no person, so fear should not arise.
