大自在那羅衍拏及眾主者，有釋：第六欲天名大自在，梵王祖公名那羅衍拏，舊四大王天名為眾主。又解：大自在者，即色界頂摩醯首羅也。眾主者，梵主也。

Regarding 'Maheśvara, Nārāyaṇa, and the Lord of Beings': one explanation says that the sixth desire-realm heaven is named Maheśvara, the ancestor of the Brahmā kings is named Nārāyaṇa, and the Four Heavenly Kings of old are named the Lord of Beings. Another explanation says: Maheśvara is the peak of the form realm, Maheśvara; the Lord of Beings is the Lord of Brahmā.
