彼無有故至悉皆滅盡者，彼惑業所攝後種識無故，當來如前所說初人胎等三分位差別理趣生長廣大一切悉滅，故云斷識住。

Regarding 'Because they do not exist [...] up to [...] all are completely ceased': because the subsequent seed-consciousness encompassed by those afflictions and karmas does not exist, in the future, the principle of growth and expansion in the three stage-distinctions such as initial entry into the womb as previously described is entirely ceased; hence it is called severing the stations of consciousness.
