22.80

次有二段釋語相違難，初門於餘經中至非增上心者，餘經中說戒定慧三前後次第，此中戒後則說於慧不明心學耶？答：乃至則是顯示增上心學者，答意文雖不說，已在所說中故，如此中顯示住學勝利之言，即顯聞等攝受無悔等得三摩地，是故已在說中也。

Next there are two sections resolving the objection that words are contradictory. The first division: "In other sūtras" up to "not the higher mind": in other sūtras, morality, concentration, and wisdom are spoken of in sequential order; here, after morality, it immediately speaks of wisdom—does it not explain the training in the mind? Answer: up to "this reveals the training in the higher mind": the meaning of the answer is that although the text does not state it, it is already contained within what has been stated; just as here, the phrase displaying "abiding in the benefit of training" reveals that through hearing and so forth one adopts non-remorse and so forth and attains samādhi, and therefore it is already contained within what has been stated.
