第六明八經此中明說現起名纏。然有八種隨惑，於四時中數數現行，故立為纏，忿、覆於四義，不隨順故，不立為纏。

Sixth, it explains the eight entanglements (paryavasthāna); herein it clarifies that manifest occurrence is called an entanglement. Now there are eight kinds of secondary afflictions that frequently occur manifestly during the four periods, and hence are established as entanglements; anger and concealment do not accord with the four meanings, and therefore are not established as entanglements.
