上來廣辨業門有三段中，前二段訖。自下第三廣解十六種業，就中先列十六門業；後次第辨之。前中復二：初以半頌標十六門，五二者，則是五種二門，與十三者，則是十種三門。今前為十五，四業、為最後者，黑等四業為第十六；長行依頌次第，屬當可知。

Among the three sections extensively differentiating the doors of karma above, the first two sections are finished. From here on, the third [section] extensively explains the sixteen kinds of karma. Within this, it first lists the sixteen doors of karma, and afterward distinguishes them in sequence. In the former there are again two parts: first, marking the sixteen doors with half a verse: “five twos” means five kinds of two-fold doors; “and thirteen” means ten kinds of three-fold doors. Now the former constitute fifteen, and “four karmas being the last” means the four karmas of black and so forth constitute the sixteenth. In the prose commentary, the correspondences according to the order of the verse can be known.
