無斷業者，所謂一切有學無學出世間業者，餘處有文，說十界名為無斷，謂七心界、色聲法界，此中唯取出世學，無漏業名為無斷者，此中據性真實無斷，彼據無學身中所有法界已斷縛盡，故名無斷。

Regarding "karma without severance, namely all supramundane karma of trainees and non-trainees": elsewhere there are texts saying that ten elements (dhātu) are called unsevered, namely the seven mind elements, visible form, sound, and the phenomenon element (dharmadhātu). Here it selects only supramundane trainee and taintless karma as called unsevered: here it is based on being truly unsevered by nature; that [other text] is based on all phenomena elements in the body of a non-trainee having already completely severed their bonds, hence called unsevered.
