又正法外墮邪見者至皆名曲業者，外道身中，所起善惡之業，從邪見生，皆名三曲業。

From "Furthermore, those outside the true Dharma who fall into wrong views" down to "are all called crooked karma": wholesome and unwholesome karma generated within the bodies of non-Buddhists that arises from wrong views is in all cases called crooked three karmas.
