達師云：言如是二種者，一、於學上起慢，二、於無學上起慢。言依緣起者，我已通達緣起法也。言或依涅槃者，我已證得涅槃果也。言由此二種因者，即前二二慢。言及緣者，還是前二慢。

Master Da says: The words "these two kinds" mean: first, giving rise to conceit regarding the state of one in training; second, giving rise to conceit regarding the state of one beyond training. The words "relying on conditioned arising" mean: [thinking,] "I have already penetrated the phenomena of conditioned arising." The words "or relying on nirvāṇa" mean: [thinking,] "I have already realized the fruit of nirvāṇa." The words "due to these two kinds of causes" refer to the two conceits mentioned earlier. The words "and conditions" are likewise still the previous two conceits.
