第四解此作等，一、由因果相屬一故者，釋非餘作餘受。諸行相續，前後異故者，釋非自作受。二者、所餘作者受者，不可得故者，作受主者不可得。

Fourth, explaining "this action," etc. First, "because cause and fruit belong to a single continuum" explains that it is not that another acts and another experiences [the fruit]. "Because the succession of conditioned formations differs between earlier and later" explains that it is not made and experienced by oneself. "Second, because any remaining agent or experiencer cannot be found" means that a master of acting and experiencing cannot be found.
