23.69

又流轉方便者，謂無明愛品隨其所應等者，重解流轉也。以無明發生愛潤，故云隨應也。又由二緣已下，重解流轉也。

Furthermore, 'expedient means of transmigration, which means the category of ignorance and craving according to what is appropriate, and so forth': this re-explains transmigration. Because ignorance produces craving and moistens [future existence], it says 'according to what is appropriate'. Furthermore, from 'due to two conditions' onwards, it re-explains transmigration.
