前中，謂即從此四種經外別解脫經所有廣說摩咀理迦展轉傳來等者，景師云：四阿含外世尊所說別解脫經廣作問答，名毘奈耶摩咀哩迦，乃至總相少分我今當說，達師云：前所明行擇等四擇，名為四種經也。

Within the former, regarding 'namely, from the extensive mātṛkā of the Prātimokṣa Sūtra outside of these four kinds of sūtras, transmitted sequentially...' and so forth: Master Jing says that the extensive questions and answers regarding the Prātimokṣa Sūtra spoken by the World-Honoured One outside the four Āgamas are called the Vinaya-mātṛkā, up to 'I will now expound a small portion of its general characteristics.' Master Da says: the four determinations explained earlier, such as the determination of practice, are called the 'four kinds of sūtras'.
