別即解彼後之七句。一者、令順道具無所匱乏者，即解第四第五未信令信，已信者令其增長。

In detail, it explains those subsequent seven clauses. 'First, causing the requisites accordant with the path not to be lacking' explains the fourth and fifth: 'to cause those without faith to have faith, and those who have faith to increase it.'
