淨稻穀同意羯磨者，結淨地也；又解：淨地十七種，穀等事，如律疏。
"The karman of concordant intention for purifying rice and grains refers to establishing the pure boundary (kappiyabhūmi). Another explanation says: there are seventeen kinds of pure ground, matters of grain, etc., as detailed in the Vinaya commentaries."
