或四眾所作，如犯麁罪，於四人前，發露悔除羯磨者，如悔四人偷蘭等罪，四人為作羯磨。
"Or 'performed by an assembly of four': such as having committed a coarse offense, the karman of disclosing and repenting it before four persons, as when repenting a sthūlātyaya or other offenses before four persons, and the four persons perform the karman for him."
