24.305

如是四種乃至其車不轉者，如生人中亦言離三三塗、無想天、長壽天等。何故妨生天亦言得離無想天及三塗等處名處圓滿？餘之三輪值善人自發正願，資糧圓滿人天通有，依此四種止觀車輪方可轉也。

"Regarding 'these four kinds... up to: its chariot does not turn': as in birth among humans, it is also said to be free from the three bad destinies, the heaven of non-conception, and the long-lived heavens, etc. Why does it not hinder being born in heaven to also be called obtaining freedom from the heaven of non-conception and the three bad destinies, termed fulfillment of place? The remaining three wheels—encountering good persons, personally giving rise to right aspirations, and the fulfillment of provisions—are common to both humans and devas; relying on these four kinds, the chariot wheels of tranquility and insight can only then turn."
